I ordered 12 of their 48V server rack batteries in two orders of 6 each. They were received as and when promised. They were packed well (on pallets) and arrived with no damage.
The support staff has been available to answer my questions promptly via email and provided support and warranty replacements for a couple of under preforming cells.
They have a high quality build which is why I purchased them in the first place and excellent price and continue to make improvements in this product. The built in screen saves you thousands on unneeded monitoring equipment because you can check each battery’s SOC, rate of charge or discharge, individual cell voltage and the temperature sensors and more all from the screen built on each battery.
My power wall build is still in process and consists of two banks totaling 60 kWh I have 50 kWh just over 1000 Amps already installed and it has worked like a charm for almost 60 days of completely cycling them every 24 hours. Attached is a pic of the system so far but it is still a work in progress. I plan to make updates.

Battery 🔋 arrived safe and on time. Packing was great. They are heavy, have a friend or two to help, have your space ready.
Unit
Mine have a 104.3 ah and a 103.6 ah, the cops between the two works well, pc interface is monitor only as far as I can tell.
I have mine hooked up to a EG4-6500 ex. The BMS communication to the inverter works but has shut the inverter off twice in 5 days, went back to user and will wait and see. The batteries stop charging when they hit thier Ah max(varies by battery????). Screen and inputs for on battery is good buttons have a firm click. I think the screen would be better if moved to center of unit, as cables will be in the way of your screen.
