 Install USB-Serial Driver 

    1. [Download driver].
    2. Un-Zip Files.
    3. Plug in USB-Serial hardware.

  1. PC>Device Manager>Find ? mark device>Right click>update driver>update driver from downloaded files.
  2. Verify

Find ? marked device

Update

Update driver from doloaded folder
